Julie Figiel will discuss NKBA initiatives, the importance of developing your profile, The Badge program and KBIS!

“How To Look Good On The Internet – A Crash Course in Social Media Marketing for Small Businesses”
Holly O’Malley, will be answering the age old question of how to successfully use social media to market your business. Holly will discuss which platforms are best for you, how often you should be posting and how to navigate common social media terminology. She will then walk us through some of the most successful and unsuccessful social media campaigns.

Saturday Oct. 5th
“Addressing Housing Challenges in Growing Communities Through High-Density Design”
Lindsay Love, Owner Love Schack Architecture will discuss the housing challenges of fast growing communities such as Bozeman, MT and Jackson, WY and how High Density Design could be the solution.

“Project Tour – Retrofitting for Energy Efficiency”
After discussing how High Density design and Energy Efficiency are related Lindsey Love, Love Schack Architecture will take us on a project walk-through of a 2,300 sq ft Jackson home. While this project would typically be a tear-down, the homeowners wanted to keep the original structure and have invested an $800,000 to retrofit the home for maximum energy efficiency. This will be an active jobsite – please wear jobsite appropriate clothing including pants and closed-toed shoes (no high-heels).
