2010 NKBA/GE Charette
More than 500 students from 33 colleges participated in the 2010 NKBA/GE Charette. This challenge presents students with the opportunity to think quickly and apply their knowledge to a kitchen of their own design that features GE appliances. As part of the challenge, students must produce a floor plan with specifications, a design statement, and one additional drawing; either a perspective or elevation, within the allotted three-hour time span.
