2007/2008 NKBA Student Design Competition
Please join the NKBA and the 2007/2008 Student Design Competition sponsors, American Woodmark and Sub-Zero/Wolf, in congratulating the competition winners!
Open only to NKBA student members, this annual competition challenges young designers to create functional, efficient, and attractive spaces that meet the requirements and challenges presented. The NKBA received 175 kitchen entries and 110 bathroom entries.
In the kitchen category, three place winners and one honorable mention were awarded:
1st Place: Tanja Uzar, Brigham Young University- Idaho, Rexburg, ID
2nd Place: Satoshi Serizawa, Seminole Community College, Sanford, FL
3rd Place: Sanchali Srivastava, West Valley College, Saratoga, CA
Honorable Mention: Jennifer Lindley, Weber State University, Ogden, UT
In the bathroom category, three place winners and one honorable mention were awarded:
1st Place: Danielle D. Mohlman, University of Nebraska at Kearney, Kearney, NE
2nd Place: Emily Wilson, Brigham Young University- Idaho, Rexburg, ID
3rd Place: Marie Hagberg, Century College, Minneapolis, MN
Honorable Mention: Amber Wedige, University of Nebraska at Kearney, Kearney, NE
