Graduate Verification Form
Available only to graduates of NKBA Accredited Programs.
To receive recognition of achievement from the National Kitchen & Bath Association, students must complete the requirements of the NKBA Accredited Program, then print and complete the downloadable Graduation Verification Form. This form must then be given to your NKBA Accredited Program Coordinator for signature and submitted to the Accredited Programs Manager, Sherylin Doyle.

Submission of this form qualifies NKBA Accredited Program graduates to sit for the next NKBA certification exam to earn their Associate Kitchen & Bath Designer (AKBD) appellation.
