Cancellation Policy: The NKBA must receive cancellation notification ten (10) business days prior to the course to honor a full refund. Registrants will receive a refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if notification is received by the NKBA three to nine (3-9) days prior to the start of class, and a $75 cancellation fee if notification is receive two (2) or less business days prior to the start of class. Registrants who fail to attend a course or who do not cancel within policy deadlines will be fully charged.
Return policy: NKBA items may be returned within a 30-day period, provided the merchandise is returned in its original condition.
