Description
8-week program
Get a solid foundation in business practices for managing and/or owning a Kitchen or Bath Design business. Learn to prepare contract documents to insure timely installation of a project from survey to client follow-up. Topics include business basics such as financing, pricing of products and services, managing inventory, marketing, hiring vs. contracting with outside vendors, and motivating your workgroup. You will learn professional business practices encouraged by NKBA, develop a business plan, and get tools and strategies for successful completion of kitchen and bath projects.
Final Exam will be Given on: Posted during Week 7
