Green Email Footer
The NKBA has provided the following green statement that may be included in your email footer to encourage environmentally-friendly practices, such as reducing printouts and paper usage. We have provided two separate versions, depending on the capabilities of your email client and your technical expertise.
Image Version
To simply include the green statement in your email footer as an image (the simplest version), right-click on the image below and select “Save As...” from the menu that appears. Select a location to save the image, and then attach the image to your email footer. Generally, this can be found under the “Options” menu of your email client, and then under “Email Signature” or “Email Footer.”
HTML Version
If you are a little more technically savvy, we have provided an HTML version of the email footer which you can include in your email messages. The code for the email footer can be copied and pasted from the text box below into the email client of your choice.
