Join us at the newly renovated Superior Cabinets showroom for an evening with Garry Wood
Attendees can also look forward to an engaging speaker, great wine, appetizers, and maybe even door prizes.
TOPIC: Collaborative Partnerships and Supply Chain Management
Supply chain management has been defined as
- The design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply with demand and measuring performance globally.
- The management of upstream and downstream value-added flows of materials, final goods, and related information among suppliers, company, resellers, and final consumers.
The essence of collaborative partnership is for all parties to mutually benefit from working together. Learn how the importance of sharing resources, such as finances, knowledge, and people can benefit your business, your relationships, and your brand.
