Be The One They Want

Turn Leads into sales and become the preferred contractor EVERY time!

When someone says they didn’t hire you because of price it’s probably not the real reason. Truth is, it has way more to do with perceived value and trust.   In a study by “Rain Selling Strategies”, they found that building trust is one of 6 key drivers of client loyalty and one of the top 10 things sales winners do.  There’s no doubt that contractors work in a competitive industry, so how do you stand out from the competition, increase perceived value, build trust, AND make a profit?

If you want to be the “contractor-of-choice,” you need a clear strategy for controlling your sales process, controlling your relationship with clients, and ultimately, controlling your bottom line.  How? Vicki Suiter will show you! As a business consultant and coach Vicki has spent over two decades helping contractors to be both competitive and profitable. In this talk she'll share her strategies, skills and secrets.

In this interactive and engaging talk you will…

  • Learn the simple steps that will allow you to control the sales process.
  • Get clear on how to gain your prospect’s interest and trust from the very start.
  • Find out the secrets to becoming the preferred contractor – even in a highly competitive environment.
  • Know how to clearly communicate your value and turn your customers into raving fans.
  • Find out how to bring value AND make the profits you desire

May Chapter MeetingMay Chapter MeetingTue, May 10, 2016 @ 5:30 PM to Tue, May 10, 2016 @ 8:30 PM

Join your friends and colleagues at the Clarke Milford Showroom on May 10th for an evening of education and networking.

Featured at this meeting is one of the NKBA’s most applauded speakers, Richard Anuszkiewicz. He will present “Fashion Forward Thinking: Becoming a Savvy Designer” (.1 CEU):

Today’s client is geared not only towards the functional characteristics of design, but the aesthetic aspect as well. The kitchen and bath business is now a fashion industry. It is important for designers to pull inspiration from all aspects of life.

This presentation is geared towards the trend-setting, fashion-forward designer. Someone who is looking to heighten their creativity, execution techniques, material section and product knowledge in today’s market.

Designers are encouraged to approach each project with a holistic method of thinking, and eliminating the cliché, everyday choices. They must implement and successfully attain the “wow” factor.

After attending this session, participants will be able to effectively communicate how to enhance their client’s lifestyle, achieving the best of both worlds – creative design elements that improve the overall visual and purpose of their space.

OBJECTIVES:
• Formulate ideas for improving kitchen and bath projects by implementing modifications to distinguish one’s space from others. • Analyze trends and material selections, and the application of these tools to enhance the client’s personal style. • Evaluate space and lifestyle planning for the 21st century kitchen and bath, the epicenters of today’s home

The board meeting begins at 3:30 and all are welcome to attend. The regular meeting begins at 5:30 with networking, refreshments, and this very special presentation.

Taking a bold approach to water conservation in your kitchen and bath designs may prove to be just the avenue to higher profits you’ve been seeking.Establish your practice as the go-to firm for innovation and conservation. Understanding water usage and water-wise products, and applying this knowledge to your role as educator and advisor is an important part of doing your job skillfully.
