CEU Reporting Form

This is an official certificate of completion for education credits to be applied towards the NKBA's Continuing Education Program. The credits are measured in continuing education units (CEU's), which are recorded in tenths of hours (e.g., 2 hours = .2 CEUs). All partial hours should be rounded up to the nearest tenth.* Continuing education units are defined as actual classroom or seminar time during which the certified member is on the receiving end of instruction or training, less any time taken for breaks.

* Any program less than one hour in length does not qualify for CEU credit.
