Selling yourself and your expertise is an essential business skill in today's market. Do not blend in with everyone else – it is important to set yourself apart from the rest. As an NKBA member, you can rely on the NKBA courses and resources to help you develop a strategy for selling your expertise (or your certification) to your customers. This course will provide you with an interactive platform to discuss how to sell your current expertise and credentials. We will also discuss the importance of establishing a personal brand and crafting a mission statement. You will have opportunities to complete a personal SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify strengths and development opportunities, create an action plan, create an elevator pitch, and determine your next steps.
