Trends in TileMay Chapter MeetingTue, May 8, 2012 @ 06:00 PM

Join us May 8th for Trends in Tile hosted by Extraordinary Works, Beaver Tile, Ceran Tile Inc., & Virginia Tile at the Michigan Design Center (MDC) in Troy, MI.

Our special guest speakers, Husband and Wife design team, Tanya and Jeff Woods of XSTYLES BATH.  Winners of numerous awards for their innovative tile designs, Jeff and Tanya’s design philosophy is that “the bathroom is the most personal space in the home and the design must support the clients’ aesthetic and lifestyle in their most private moments.”  “Sanitary, durability, tile is the heart and soul of any bathroom project and is the single greatest factor in determining style.”  Their passion for innovative use of hard surface scrapes, ceramic, stone, glass, metal, and wood tile to create stylish designs that enhance their client’s well being is no surprise considering their extensive background in tile installation.

During this Event you will not only have the chance to see the latest trends in tile, but Jeff and Tanya will demonstrate that by changing the use of various tiles, a basic bathroom layout can take on a entirely different feel for the client.

The latest in “curb-less” drain technology will also be a topic of discussion.

MICHIGAN STATE CHAPTER
Past; Present; Future.

No one can predict what the future holds. Our Industry has experienced unprecedented growth in the last seven years. During that period of growth no one took the time to imagine that someday it would end. Throughout the country segments of our industry have experienced devastating downturns leaving many of the kitchen and bath community without jobs or very limited income.

Our program will address the behaviors that put us where we are today. We will look at how we need to change that behavior to adapt to the “New Economy” and the “New Consumer”.

This program offers (0.1 CEU CREDITS) and is in conjunction with Jeffrey’s In-Person Professional Development Day-Time Program which offers (0.8 CEU CREDITS).

Early Registration Ends November 10th, 2011. This program will be free to attendees who are per-registered for Jeffrey's Day Time program on November 15th, 2011.

See Attachment for Information regarding Registration Details for both Programs.
