Come join us on November 17, at the Bertch Cabinet Company, Legacy Branch, in Jesup, Iowa. You will  meet David Alderman, CMKBD,  the 2011 president of NKBA.  Participate in a discussion on charging design fees and the difference between listening to the customer and really hearing what they have to say. David has over 27 years of professional experience in the industry and building his business. He will share his million-dollar checklist as well as a wealth of other tips and takeaways for managing not only the customer, but also your business, for profit. Following the President's program, Bertch will have an educational presentation.

For those who would like to arrive early, there will be a factory tour. The tour is included in the registration (registration fee must be paid prior to tour).
