Bill Darcy
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Darcy joined the National Kitchen & Bath Association in 2006 as Manager of Marketing Partnerships, and was quickly promoted to Manager of Business Development, Senior Manager of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Executive Vice President, and his current position of Chief Executive Officer. Bill holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Moravian College, and prior to the NKBA, he spent seven years with International Speedway Corporation (ISC), sister company to NASCAR, most recently as Senior Director of Corporate Account Management at the Daytona Beach, Florida headquarters where he managed a staff that oversaw more than 50 multi-venue sponsors with contracts totaling more than $200 million.
Stephen Graziano
Senior Director of Finance
Steve Graziano joined the National Kitchen & Bath Association as Controller in 2010 and was promoted to Senior Director of Finance in 2011. He manages the NKBA's Finance & Accounting operations, as well as Operations & Production, Information Technology and the association’s investment portfolio. Steve most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of a leading sample book manufacturer based in New Jersey. Prior to that, he spent 24 years on Wall Street as a Managing Director in the equity division of Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. and as an Investment Banker at Smith Barney, Inc. He holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BBA in Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
Edward S. Nagorsky
General Counsel and Director of Legislative Affairs
Edward S. Nagorsky joined the NKBA in 2006 as General Counsel and Director of Legislative Affairs. Previously, he served as NKBA Legal Counsel for over 20 years. In addition to being responsible for all NKBA legal matters and contract negotiations, he monitors and responds to legislative activities throughout the United States and Canada, and has helped expand the NKBA’s legislative efforts. Ed also introduced the NKBA’s legislative website at http://capwiz.com/nkba, informing NKBA members about pending legislation and other issues that may affect their businesses. The site has also established a vehicle for mobilizing members and supporters to impact legislation.
Claudette Hoffmann
Director of Member Services
Claudette Hoffmann joined the NKBA in 1996 and was promoted to Manager of Member Services in 2001 and to Director of Member Services in 2008. She is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of the association’s member services strategies, which includes management of customer service activities and collaboration in the development and implementation of support materials for the NKBA’s 10 regions and more than 70 chapters. In recent years, the NKBA has enjoyed substantial gains in membership growth and member retention. Never satisfied with past success, Claudette continues to develop creative strategies to meet future needs and goals.
Timothy Captain
Director of Marketing & Communications
Timothy Captain came to the NKBA in 2007 as Manager of Editorial Services. His responsibilities were expanded to include Public Relations and Market Research, followed by his promotion to Senior Manager of Marketing Communications and then to his current position as Director of Marketing & Communications. He oversees Editorial Services, Media Relations, Market Research, Creative Services, Digital Communications, and Governance Communications. He earned an MA in Economics from Montclair State University and an MBA in Marketing from Centenary College of New Jersey, where he currently serves as an adjunct professor of marketing, economics, and business strategy.
Nancy Barnes
Director of Learning
Nancy Barnes joined the NKBA in 2011 as Manager of Professional Development & Certification. With more than 15 years of corporate instructional design experience, Nancy specializes in the design, development, and delivery of virtual classroom sessions, as well as blended learning of in-person and online education. Nancy formerly served as Manager of Technology Learning Services for KPMG, Senior Learning Manager for Toys "R" Us, and Learning Solutions Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds an MS in Education with Option in Online Teaching and Learning from California State University-East Bay, as well as an MA in Cinema Studies from New York University.
